Our Story

Dawn Patrol was established in 2014, in Kangarilla South Australia. Centred in one of the states finest wine regions, we now operate from our permanent head quarters in scenic Mclaren Vale. 

Our cellar door approach to coffee is what drives us as a business. We believe that through enthusiasm and experience and passion, we can get you as excited about coffee as we are. This is made possible in our cellar door, where you can sample all of our current offerings, and learn more about coffee than you ever thought possible. 

We aim for 100% traceability at Dawn Patrol, which means that we know exactly where our beans come from, who grows them and how they were processed. We seek to only buy, roast and deliver exceptional and delicious coffees sourced from some of the best coffee growers in the world - who strive to to produce their coffee beans ethically and sustainably. 

 

Dawn Patrol - Mclaren Vale 

Visit us at our HQ, in Mclaren Vale. This is the centre of our operation where we roast on site, we are open Monday - Friday 8-2:30pm for take away coffees and until 5pm for retail coffee sales.

FAQs

  • We ship with Australia Post. Shipping is free for domestic orders. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours with the freshest roast available. We can ship internationally. 

  • Ideally, you should use your beans within 3 weeks of roast date. This will yield the best flavour. Store your beans in an airtight environment and away from light, at room temperature. 

  • Please note, we are unable to accomodate dogs inside our venue. If you wish to sit inside, you will have to leave your dog outside or at home. Well behaved dogs are welcome outside only.

  • We are not open on most public holidays.
